HP Spectre Folio
Metal & Leather Innovation
As the lead designer, I cracked the mass-production challenge of bonding aluminum with authentic leather—a milestone for the series. While metal and plastic are industry standards, integrating leather introduced high-risk variables in dimensional tolerance and long-term reliability. By driving alignment across engineering teams and tier-1 suppliers, I successfully balanced premium sensory CMF with strict manufacturing feasibility.

Eco-Friendly Laptop
This laptop showcases a milestone in sustainable design, featuring a top cover crafted from 100% recycled fabric. Transitioning soft textiles into a rigid housing introduced strict production challenges, especially in edge-wrapping precision and cosmetic uniformity. By coordinating directly with manufacturers, I successfully bridged design intent with technical feasibility for mass production.

Sustainable CMF
This forward-looking material development project evolved from concept to application and was awarded the iF Design Award 2024. In this project, our team drove the integration of sustainable, bio-based materials into electronic hardware, working to overcome traditional restrictions in durability and mechanical properties. By aligning eco-friendly formulation with precise design decisions, we successfully transformed organic waste into an aesthetically premium and mass-production-ready laptop design.

Antimicrobial Design
To enhance user safety, I coordinated the application of antimicrobial treatments across plastic, metal, and coated surfaces on Dynabook laptops. I worked closely with manufacturers to ensure these functional treatments met strict cosmetic standards while achieving recognized industry certifications. This experience sharpened my ability to successfully translate complex safety specifications into manufacturable, high-quality mass production solutions.

This project focused on Lenovo’s light gaming segment, where our team introduced personalized design elements and distinctive color accents on the rear housing. I managed the technical execution to ensure these custom features were optimized for high-volume mass production while precisely aligning with gaming market color trends and aesthetics.

APP design
For first-time mothers, navigating pregnancy and post-birth care across multiple fragmented apps can be overwhelming. Through user interviews, I identified the critical need for a unified platform. I designed 'Tiny Feet' to bridge this gap—a seamless mobile experience that tracks both mother and baby's wellbeing while enabling real-time sharing with partners to ease the transition into parenthood.

Driven by the growing outdoor wellness trend, weCamping is a responsive platform designed to support camping beginners. Through user surveys, I discovered that beginners often struggle with equipment selection and finding suitable campsites, while also valuing community gear resale.
