Our target customer, "Mirror," is a successful in-store retailer ready to go online.

Since the pandemic, people shop online more than ever, and a smooth shopping experience keeps them coming back. From interviewing five target customers, we learned that while a seamless shopping flow is important, users also love seeing trends and recommendations from celebrities. So, we added a special section for celebrity suggestions to make the site more engaging.
