This was the first JDM project between MSI and Compal. We achieved mass production in five months, faster than the usual 8–10 month, three-build cycle, by reducing it to two builds. I was responsible for coordinating schedules and working with different teams to make sure everything was feasible and on track. From this project, I learned how to manage parallel workflows and meet tight deadlines.
