Taking the lead on this project, I faced the challenge of delivering a cutting-edge Chromebook under an extremely tight schedule. We implemented the AED process, new to our company, which required close collaboration with the supplier to fully understand and adapt it. Normally a six-month project, we successfully launched in just five months. Every step demanded precision and efficiency, but we overcame the challenges and delivered the product on time, maintaining both quality and smooth execution.
